Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped with tracking information. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Customs delays or import duties (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your item is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.


International Shipping
International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing in your country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not issue refunds for items delayed or lost due to customs or international transit issues.
