Shipping & Delivery

• Processing & Production: Each piece is meticulously handcrafted. Custom orders are processed, carefully packaged, and shipped within 5–10 business days.

• Domestic Shipping: We offer complimentary USPS First Class domestic ground shipping within the United States, as well as an expedited USPS Priority Mail option for an additional fee at checkout.

• International Delivery: We ship to select global destinations. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT/GST) upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Tracking & Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier and the tracking status is officially marked as "Delivered," the order is considered fully fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced following a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier. We kindly ask that you ensure your designated delivery location is secure.
